Battery-Swap Solutions for Heavy-Duty Trucks: The two companies will jointly establish standards and operating systems for battery-swap heavy-duty trucks. By combining CATL's battery swap technology with Yutong's vehicle integration capabilities, the two companies aim to create a new paradigm featuring "vehicle-battery separation and super-fast energy replenishment".

Collaborative Branding: The partners will work together to build a leading brand matrix, adhering to a high-quality development strategy to strengthen the premium reputation of Chinese brands on the global stage.
